Really good Service, GREAT amenities

I found the reception staff very attentive. Basim, Chamander, and Panny greeted me with a warm welcome, offering professional and helpful service. George and Nitin from housekeeping did a superb job maintaining the cleanliness of my room. Their attention to detail was evident. I appreciate their hard work.
The room overlooked the bar area, and Thursday nights were noisy due to sports events, which impacted sleep quality. Light also filtered in through insufficiently long curtains.

The hotel features a rooftop pool, ALTHOUGH the pool water can be cold sometimes, and the area might get dusty. it provides a good spot for relaxation. There is also a gym available, equipped with several machines.

i stayed in a clean room with good space. the staff were supportive with smooth check-in. nithin, joy and sherif were helpful. suman from housekeeping cleaned the room nicely.
i requested a baby cot but it wasn't provided and my one-year-old baby and i had to sleep on the floor
